Health & Welfare Trust is a means of providing Health & Dental benefits (not otherwise covered by a plan) more tax effectively than through a salary increase, because the expense is paid out of pre-tax dollars.     plus 10% admin fee and GST on Admin fee only - $1,106

  4. HUB Financial issues
