Our Pledge To You

As a member of the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta, Renfrew Insurance has your interests at heart. In an effort to continually improve industry standards and ethical practice, we make the following Customer Service Pledge to each and every client we serve:

  1. We pledge

    to always place your interests ahead of our own. After all, we’re in business because of our customers and we never take your business for granted.

  2. We pledge

    to always recommend the best insurance product for your individual circumstances. Providing insurance protection that’s right for our customers is our first priority.

  3. We pledge

    to recommend the insurer that provides the best coverage for your unique needs. Our brokerage represents several different insurers. We leverage those relationships to benefit you.

  4. We pledge

    to share performance agreement information with you. Our brokerage contracts with some insurers may include performance agreements. If you want to know more, we`ll be happy to share those details with you.

  5. We pledge

    to immediately inform you of a potential conflict of interest. The potential for conflict of interest exists in any business relationship. We will alert you to any conflict or potential conflict so that you can make an informed choice.

  6. We pledge

    to safeguard your personal information. Personal information is required for insurance coverage but we will only allow it to be used for the purposes for which it was given to us and as required by law.
